Executive Chef Sonu Koithara has a long happening career to his credit. He began with the Taj Hotels, Resorts and Palaces in 1995. And has had the privilege to cook for many celebrities and international dignitaries including many presidents, royalty, and corporate leaders.

Chef Sonu, as he is fondly called, has organised and participated in many food festivals both in India and abroad. He has been seen on TV on Channel 7 in many countries and has featured in the Savvy cook book, The Indian Express, The Hindu, and many other fine publications.
