Chef Rego has been associated with Holiday Village for nearly 30 years and has a long illustrious career to his credit. He began his career with Taj Hotels, Resorts and Palaces in 1970 and along the way, has had the privilege to cook for many celebrities and international dignitaries including many Presidents, Royalty, and corporate leaders.

Rego has been selected named “One of the best five chefs in India” by Hotel Federation of India and has organised and participated in many food festivals both in India and abroad. He has been seen on TV in many countries and has been featured in Upper Crust India, The Times, OHeraldo, and many other fine publications.
